Our Lake LA Pricing Policy
We do charge a slightly higher dispatch fee for Lake LA compared to central Lancaster due to the mileage, but we are upfront about it. And once we are there, our repair prices are identical to what we charge in the city.
Common Repairs in Lake LA
Because of the environment, we see specific issues:
- Fan Motors ($500-$900): Burned out by dust and wind resistance.
- Contactors ($200-$400): Ants and earwigs love the electrical warmth of rural AC units. Bugs get crushed in the contactor, causing it to fail.
- Cleaning ($150-$300): Deep chemical cleaning is often needed more frequently here due to dust.
